The U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps is a youth program that is available from ages 13-17 which promotes naval interest and instills disciplines and moral character through valuable experiences and leadership.

The Sea Cadets provides naval training and experiences that are hard to find anywhere else. We sculpt young people into the leaders of our future. 

We provide this training through monthly drills which are held at the Richmond NOSC. Secondly, we have summer and winter trainings that give cadets a chance to explore their interests in different environments.
